How do hosts get paid?


Host payouts are processed through Lodgify and automatically sent to your selected payment method (bank transfer, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, etc.) after guest check-in. See our Payment Terms for details.

What fees does The Classy Bach charge hosts?


3% host booking fee, deducted from the host payout

10% guest booking fee, charged to guests at checkout

Is there a fee to list my property?


No. Listing your property on The Classy Bach is 100% free. We only earn when your property is booked.

Does The Classy Bach offer damage protection?


Yes. We partner with Safely to provide guest screening and up to $10,000 in damage protection per stay, with no deductible. Claims are fast and typically approved within 24 hours for smaller incidents.

Coverage applies only to guest-caused damage and does not include liability or natural disasters.

Can I list my property on other booking platforms?


Yes. Hosts may list on other platforms. However, guests who find your property through The Classy Bach may not be redirected off-platform to book elsewhere.

How do guests book my property?


Guests submit a booking request through The Classy Bach platform. Hosts can accept, decline, or request additional information before approving.

How do I manage calendars and pricing across platforms?


The Classy Bach offers complimentary Lodgify calendar and pricing synchronization, including Airbnb integration. Two-way calendar syncing is available via iCal.

Does The Classy Bach promote my property?


Yes. We actively market listings through social media, partnerships, email campaigns, and targeted advertising focused on bachelorette and group travel.

Is host support available?


Yes. Our support team assists with listings, bookings, and issue resolution. Email hello@theclassybach.com anytime.

Is instant booking available?


No. All bookings are request-based to give hosts full control over guest approval.

Are guests verified and screened?


Yes. All guests are screened through Safely, which performs identity verification and background checks. Hosts may also request government-issued ID before approving a booking.

What happens if a guest cancels?


Hosts may cancel on behalf of the guest through Lodgify. Refunds follow the host’s selected cancellation policy.

What if a host needs to cancel a booking?


Hosts must notify The Classy Bach immediately. Cancellation penalties may apply unless the cancellation qualifies under our Major Disruptive Events Policy.

How are taxes handled?


Taxes are charged to guests at checkout and included in the host payout. Hosts are responsible for remitting taxes and ensuring tax accuracy.

Nondiscrimination Policy


The Classy Bach does not tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind.
